Тут что считать нормой. Задерживают заказы они руглярно, по ощущениям процентов 20 (может я не прав, потому как порой задержки даже на 3 дня как нынче вызывают множество телодвижений по изменению планов). Может у них 20% это normal operations, а тут превысили норму.
Глобально к ним претензий нет, просто с утра позабавил стиль.
