No. When funds are locked, they cannot be used for:
• New or existing standing instructions, GIRO or future-dated transfers
• Transfers to another Standard Chartered account
• Transfers to another bank’s account, local or overseas
• Bill or credit card payments
• Time deposit placements
• Wealth and investments product purchases
• Insurance purchases or payments
• Loan or tax repayments
• ATM withdrawals or transfers
